Disentangle your worth from performance and approval.
For high-functioning adults who want to stop spiraling, withdrawing and people pleasing and start responding from steadiness, clarity and self-trust.
This is for you if….
- You replay conversations in your head and can’t let things go.
- You’re competent and capable, but your confidence collapses when you feel judged, overlooked, or misunderstood.
- You snap, sulk, shut down, or get quietly resentful and then feel guilty because you “should know better.”
- You over-function at work and home, and still feel like it’s not enough.
- You’ve done therapy or personal development, but the pattern keeps returning under pressure.
- You want something deeper than coping strategies. You want lasting internal calm.

Here’s exactly what we’ll do inside the Alchemy Method
At Alchemind, we work at the level of identity architecture.
- Map the beliefs and roles underneath your reactions (self-blame, over-responsibility, perfectionism, withdrawal, resentment).
- Use hypnotherapy to shift the subconscious layer driving the loop and not just talk about it.
- Build nervous system steadiness so feedback, conflict, and uncertainty stop derailing you.
- Practice new responses until they hold under real-life pressure.
Not surface behaviour.
Not motivational mindset work.
Not endless insight without integration.
We disentangle worth from performance, responsibility from morality and self-concept from survival modes.
By the end of our work together, you’ll walk away with…
- The ability to recover quickly instead of losing days to spirals or shutdown.
- Less reactivity at home and more grounded communication under stress.
- Clearer boundaries and less over-functioning.
- A steadier sense of self that doesn’t depend on praise, approval, or perfect performance.
- Practical tools you’ll actually use when you’re triggered.
- Greater emotional capacity, more choice, and more internal calm.
A Quiet Shift Is Happening
There is a growing number of capable adults who are no longer willing to live in quiet self-blame.
This work exists for them.
More and more high-functioning adults are realising that success without internal steadiness isn’t success at all.
This is where we begin.
About me

Hi, I’m Ra.
You’ll usually find me learning on our farm, feeding lambs, raising young children and working with high-functioning adults who are quietly exhausted from holding everything together.
My work sits at the intersection of identity, burnout, and over-responsibility.
For over 20 years, I worked inside some of the most complex human environments; forensic mental health hospitals, drug and alcohol services, youth work, prisons, and government systems.
I’ve sat with people in psychosis, in withdrawal, in crisis, in custody.
I’ve seen what happens when trauma fuses with identity.
When shame becomes morality.
When survival adaptations become personality.
Working in those systems gave me a deep respect for human behaviour. I love to understand not only what people do, but why they do it.
Over time, I began to see something clearly.
The same identity dynamics I witnessed in institutions were present in boardrooms, relationships, and family homes.
High-functioning adults were carrying the same internal architecture just dressed differently.
Over-responsibility.
Hyper-vigilance.
Self-blame.
Emotional shutdown.
Performance as protection.
Eventually, I made my own shift.
I stepped out of institutional systems and into direct practice not because I stopped believing in systemic change, but because I saw how powerful identity-level work could be when done precisely and safely.
Building a life on a farm while raising young children has deepened that understanding.
Growth doesn’t respond to force.
It responds to environment.
To safety.
To steady integration.
That philosophy shapes my work now.

Today, I specialise in helping capable, self-aware adults disentangle their worth from performance and rebuild a steadier internal identity so they can respond from choice rather than protection.
Begin Here
If you are ready to stop reacting from performance and start living from steadiness, this is the work.
